Phill Evans is a Shropshire-based illustrator. He mixes traditional pen & ink illustration with Photoshop and lists his influences as Sir John Tenniel, Arthur Rackham, Hogarth and Ivan Bilibin - can't argue with that line-up. More work can be seen on his blog.
